This hotel was easy base for exploring Bogor, liked it and property’s very professional staff even in front of the manager. Hotel's room was themed with a beautiful view of the mountain. There was a spacious restaurant for breakfast in the venue.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location is just perfect, not far after passing highways. The room was clean and well-maintained with great amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff was very friendly and accommodated everything we needed, like the room service and laundry services. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of options and the staff mentioned that the management didn't want us to queue too long to get our food due to a full restaurant, even in front of the manager. The leisure swimming pool, game room, and fitness center made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great time here! The hotel facilities were amazing, with a really fun waterpark and a mini zoo that was perfect for kids. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect for us - we were right near a wet market and a big Indonesian zoo.

We had a memorable and fantastic vacation at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary facilities such as the lovely animal park and waterpark. The location was strategic with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. we loved the large parking area that was available for us.

The room was unclean, and we found dust settled on various surfaces. We suggest the hotel management improve their hygiene standards and strengthen their staff training.

During my recent stay at Royal Safari Garden Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade I received. The staff at the front office, particularly Ms. Meirina, informed me that I had been upgraded to a suite room. This unexpected gesture made my stay even more memorable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a super comfortable bed with four pillows. The view from my room was absolutely fantastic, and the hotel facilities were remarkable. The hotel is also a great choice for families with kids, as there are plenty of rides and a waterpark to keep them entertained. Additionally, the hotel offers a 30% discount for Taman Safari Indonesia, which is a must-visit attraction. I had a wonderful experience at Royal Safari Garden Resort and will definitely revisit in the future.
